Return Policy

We will try our best for your satisfaction with all purchases. You may return items or package with it’s original packaging within 10 days of delivery for a full refund. Shipping costs are not refundable, however we will refund the shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error. You will be responsible for return shipping costs for any returning item. Please consider using a tractable shipping method which includes insurance for your own protection.

When returning package(s), customer must contact us via e-mail (support@10xbox.com). we will not accept any phone calls and returned package(s) without return authorization.

Shipping

The outer case is just for protecting goods. (scratches and discoloration on the case can not be the reason for exchanging or returning

We are not responsible for any returned package(s) due to incorrect address, absence at the time of the delivery, and other reasons that caused by customers.

All packages come with a tracking number via USPS, Please note that we are NOT LIABLE for package once they have been delivered and are reflected as such on the tracking number.

For returned Package(s)

We do not take liability for orders returned due to incorrect shipping addresses or absent residents at the time of delivery. If USPS is unable to deliver a package as a result of undeliverable/incorrect addresses, the package is automatically returned to the store. If USPS is unable to deliver a package as a result of an absent resident at the time of delivery, they typically take the package back to the local postal office and hold it for 14 days. If the package remains unclaimed during that time, it will be returned to the store. Orders that have been shipped but are being returned to the store for whatever reason cannot be shipped out again!

When an order is returned to the store, we will refund the purchase amount, excluding shipping charges of $10.00 even originally offered as free shipping. If a customer still wishes to receive the purchased item(s), he/she will need to place a new order on our website.

For any package with external damage that incurred during transit, all items received must remain unopened and sealed in the original packaging in order to file a claim. If the purchased item(s) have been open, we will not be able to proceed with your case.

Refunds

For all refunds that have been processed (partial refunds or cancelled orders), please allow 3-5 business days for the purchase amount to be issued to the original form of payment.

We are not liable for packages that have been delivered and scanned as such by USPS or UPS. 

If you experience any issues with an order after it has been delivered, it must be reported to us within 10 days of delivery. Once we have received the information and filed a claim, we will contact you on what can be done to resolve the issue.

Backorder

Backordered items(s) are re-stocked within approx. 2 weeks(time can very).

Seasonal & Discounted Item(s)

All seasonal or discounted items are FINAL and NO returns/exchanges.
